Step 1 – Finding A Residence To Fit Your Lifestyle

Step 2 – Design Modifications
Unit design styles were designed to achieve maximum advantage of scenic views and demonstrate the potential for floor plan configurations. Customization of the unit to adapt to your unique lifestyle is available based on the unit selected. Upon selection of your desired unit including a deposit to hold this space, our design and construction teams stand ready to work with each home buyer to make any necessary design and finishing modifications. A project manager will be available through the entire process and will prepare all necessary documentation and plans for your personal residence.
Step 3 – The Purchase Contract
Once you have selected a residence and made the adjustments necessary to call Waterfront Park Place home, you will be provided with floor plans and specifications including any requested changes as well as final pricing for the unit. In addition, you will receive a Client Selection Binder with all the finish and fixture selections for your new home.
